I’m Jennifer Gallagher, a Certified Usui Reiki Master. My journey into the mental health field began in 2017, working at a facility supporting individuals with serious mental health conditions. Since then, I have continued to grow as a student of the mind and body, deeply fascinated by the body’s innate ability to heal itself and the profound mind-body connection.

I first discovered Reiki during my counseling studies, and I was immediately astonished by its powerful and varied effects. What began as a personal exploration quickly evolved into a calling—a way to support others in accessing their own capacity for healing, restoration, and release. Today, I am honored to share this healing modality with clients in Arizona and beyond.

My approach is rooted in the belief that trauma and emotional pain are often stored in the body, a truth echoed in the powerful works The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk and When the Body Says No by Gabor Maté. These insights, along with emerging research in epigenetics, have shown that our life experiences can shape our biology, and that by creating a safe, calming space for the nervous system, the body can begin to release what it’s been holding—whether tension, trauma, or emotional stress.

Through Reiki touch therapy, I aim to offer that safe space—where clients can rest, reset, and reconnect with themselves. I integrate elements like acupressure, sound, and aromatherapy to support the body’s natural processes of relaxation and renewal.

In addition to my work as a healer and counselor-in-training, I am also a wife, mother of three, and a theater artist. These roles continue to inspire my practice, reminding me daily of the importance of presence, empathy, and creative expression in the journey of healing.

I’m truly delighted to walk alongside others in their path toward greater peace, balance, and wholeness—one session at a time.
